




Accessing and Configuring Card Controls

- Find Card Controls under More.
- Your first time using Card Controls, you will need to accept the Terms and Conditions.

Important Information Regarding Card Controls
Card Status
To turn a card on or off, simply toggle the Card Status to the desired setting. Changes to your card status are instant.
When your card is turned ON, you can use it for normal transactions. When your card is turned OFF, one-time transactions using your card or card number will be declined. Recurring transactions will still process when your card is turned OFF.
Alerts and Preferences
Explore the Alerts and Controls Preferences to set blocks based on specific merchant types, transaction types, location types, or spend limits. You can control alerts based on these same categories.
Alert Delivery Options
This screen allows you to choose how you receive your alerts. Options include push notifications, SMS Text alerts, and email alerts. Each of these preferences must already be enrolled for Card Controls alerts to be activated.
To enroll in Push Notifications in Mobile Banking, visit More>Settings>Push Notifications.
To enroll in SMS Text or Email Alerts in Mobile Banking, visit More>Settings>My Settings>Alerts & Notifications. (In online banking, this option is under Additional Services or at the top of the page.)
