Ron Ross originated his first mortgage loan in 1996 and still get as much enjoyment helping property owners as he did 28 years ago. He was also the the training and marketing coordinator for the Georgia Dream Assistance program for first time home buyers for nine years.
It is a great feeling helping someone buy a home and assisting with their mortgage needs. Finding the right mortgage requires a lot of questions to find out what program is best suited for a customer’s short- and long-term goals. With my work and long history with the Georgia Dream program, I am mostly known as a specialist in the first-time home buyer market, but I have extensive knowledge with many mortgage programs including Conventional, FHA, USDA, VA, renovation, and construction to perm loans.
